Blind Pass

Blind Pass is one of the larger condominium communities on Sanibel. It has 108 units in 7 buildings that are nestled around a large clubhouse. There are two and three bedroom units that are beautifully furnished and have all the linens, utilities and appliances you could need. It has tennis courts, BBQ’s, a large heated pool and canoes and kayaks. It’s a good family neighborhood located on the west end of the island. Compass Pointe

Compass Point is one of the low-density condominium communities on Sanibel. It has 45 units in two buildings. The largest building is directly on the beach with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and of the gorgeous sunsets each evening. The units are roomy, two bedroom units with floor plans up to 1581 square feet. Many of the units have a den that can be converted to a third bedroom. It’s located on a peninsula on the east end of the island – which gives easy access to restaurants and shops. It’s is also a short bike ride to the beach. The community is surrounded by the waters of San Carlos Bay. The units are so close to the water it’s almost like being on a raft and floating on the bay. The mornings are wonderful as you sit on your screened porch and watch the sun rise and the dolphins play in the quiet waters. It is a great way to start the day.
